How to contact each clinic

If a clinic adds you to its list, its staff will contact you to book a “meet and greet” appointment with a physician. After this visit, you are a patient.

Important: please read before you start

  • Asking for or filling in a clinic’s form does not make you a patient.
  • The clinic cannot see you before your meet and greet. This includes prescription refills and urgent problems.
  • If you need care before then, go to a walk-in clinic or urgent care centre, or call Health811 at 811.
  • In an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

There are no special rules about who can ask. The clinic will contact you when there is availability.

To update your details or take your name off a clinic’s list, email or call that clinic.
