Website use and cookies
This website uses two tools, Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and the Meta Pixel, but only if you agree. When you first visit, a banner from SimpleConsent asks for your choice. You can say yes or no to Analytics and to Marketing separately. Nothing loads before you choose. Until you agree, every choice is set to “no”.
Analytics (Google Analytics 4) helps us see how people use this website. It measures: pages viewed; clicks on phone numbers, email addresses, maps, links to other websites and social media links; PDF downloads; visits to the contact page; time on the site and number of pages viewed; and forms sent. A form is counted only when its thank-you page appears. We never record what you type in a form.
Marketing (Meta Pixel) helps us measure our ads on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and show our ads to people who have visited this website. Meta receives only 4 events: PageView (a page was viewed), ViewContent (a contact page was viewed), Contact (a phone number or email address was clicked) and Lead (a thank-you page was viewed after a form was sent). The thank-you page is the same for every form and does not show what you sent.
If you say no, nothing is set or sent, and the website still works fully.

What we share with Google and Meta
The address and title of the page you visit (we remove any extra information at the end of the address, and any page title that could reveal a health condition), the page you came from, your type of device and browser, your IP address (used to estimate your general location; GA4 does not store it), random IDs, and general events such as “form submitted”. We never share what you type in a form.
What we never share
Health information, the reason for your visit, appointment details, form fields, or anything that identifies you as a patient. We do not match your email address or phone number with Google or Meta, including in coded (hashed) form. We do not use Meta’s Advanced Matching, and Meta’s automatic settings are turned off. Google signals and ad personalization are turned off.
How long Google keeps analytics data: 14 months.
Data outside Canada
Google and Meta may process this data outside Canada, under their own privacy policies: Google Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab) and Meta Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab).
Changing your choice
Select “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of any page to open the banner again. You can withdraw your consent at any time. You can also clear cookies in your browser, use Google’s opt-out add-on (opens in a new tab), or change your Meta ad preferences (opens in a new tab).

New-patient forms
This website does not have a new-patient form. Each clinic manages its own new patients and its own form.
Who can see your information
At each clinic, only physicians and medical staff can see the information you send by email or through the clinic’s form.
Where it is stored and for how long
Each clinic stores the information it receives in its own database, for as long as the clinic is open.
Email and health information
Please do not send health information by email. If you wish, you can email us. Please note that email is not a protected way to send information.
Your choices
You can ask to see the personal information your clinic holds about you, or ask it to correct or update it. Contact your clinic by email or by phone.
